Refund and Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged in transit or a wrong product is delivered which is different from the order that was placed.
In such case, the return postal charges and repeat delivery charges of the product will be borne by us, or the product price can be refunded along with the paid postal charge if a buyer chooses so.
Return claims should be made within 24 hours of delivery and to claim such a return, an uninterrupted 360 degree opening video of the product must be produced where the opening of the sealed package is clearly visible.
Exchange or return just because of choice difference won’t be possible.
